Workspace prices to fit creative budgets
We aim to make our prices suit both established businesses, who need a bit of room plus startups who are happy to sacrifice elbow room to get to profitability earlier. Regardless of your business stage, you should be able to work productively and creatively and can always upgrade or downgrade your package if conditions change. As a yardstick, we quote $550-750 per desk per cal month but depending on your requirements a great desk can be had for $450 or a rockin CEO desk for $1100 ex GST pcm.

Includes use of boardtable for client meetings, unlimited meeting room time to enable supplier, collaborator or client meetings
Include access to full kitchen, fridges, espresso coffee machine, freshly ground coffee, tea, sandwich makers, microwaves - enough to make breakfast, lunch and dinner

Price above is for our basic startup team space. Prices are generally bundled into groups of 2, 4, 6 with volume discounts applied. $400 pp pcm is a smaple 4 person workspace. Ask us if our basic team space for $1500 (4 pax) is available, or our much loved sunroom space $2500 for 5 pax min. (all exGST) or private offices if your team requires this type of environment
